ABOUT SHANNA
I hold a NASM Personal Training Certification and am a NASM Certified Behavioral Change Specialist. My Client-Centered Training focuses on creating fun, effective workout plans that will be programmed for you; gym-based or outdoors.
I design a wide range of workout formats from chair exercises, to HIIT workouts, to endurance training for sports/hobbies.
I am committed to being your accountability partner on your journey to a better you and will formulate a structured but modifiable plan to work towards your personal health, fitness, and well-being.
