Shanna is an extraordinary trainer. She has an uncanny ability to know exactly what you are capable of and then get you to a higher fitness level with a combination of skill and care. For example, I had planned a walking trip in England, but after a layoff during the pandemic, two knee surgeries, and now 78 years old, I knew I needed help.

Thanks to her, it was a great trip! (About 80 miles of walking in a week's time.) Now that I'm back, regular sessions with

I trained with Shanna weekly for several months. Because she is in Denver and I'm in New York, our sessions were on Zoom.

I am an 82-year-old senior male who has been working out regularly for over 50 years. Over the years, I have trained with several personal trainers; Shanna rates as one of the best.

We started by establishing my goals which were to stay fit and improve my cardio and strength capabilities. I underwent a successful triple bypass cardiac heart surgery about three years ago but currently have no physical exercise restrictions. Shanna carefully reviewed my past and current physical condition and went through cardio and physical exercises to establish a baseline.

She then created an exercise program specifically designed for my needs, ability, and goals. They varied, but they all had cardio, strengthening, and flexibility components. I received a clear and concise written outline for each exercise session that I could print out and use during supplemental workouts between our sessions. I would unconditionally recommend Shanna as a personal trainer. She knows what she is doing and cares about how you are doing.

Working with Shanna is a joy and is saving my life! I have Parkinson's, and exercise is the most effective way to stay healthy and keep symptoms at bay. Well, I have never been very athletic.
